Momma'S Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sugar
2 (5 1/3 oz.) cans evaporated milk
1 c. butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces (2 c.)
1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Butter the sides of a heavy 3-quart saucepan.
In it combine sugar, evaporated milk and butter.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to boiling.
Cook to 236\u00b0 (soft ball stage) for about 12 minutes, stirring frequently.
(Mixture should boil gently over entire surface.)
Remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients; stir until combined and chocolate is melted.
Turn into a buttered 9 x 9 x 2-inch or a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Score into squares while warm; cut when firm.
If fudge is soft, chill. Makes about 3 1/2 pounds.
