Potato Salad For A Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, cooked in skins
    8 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    2 c. celery, chopped
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1 green pepper, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins;
    cool
    in
    ice
    water
    in sink. Remove skins; cut in cubes.
    Use
    the biggest pot you can find and add other ingredients;
    mix with dressing and chill.
    Best if sits overnight.
