Stuffed French Toast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices heavy bread, crusts removed and cubed (use Pepperidge Farm toasting white)
2 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
12 eggs
1/3 c. maple syrup
2 c. milk
dash of cinnamon
dash of sugar
Preparation

Put half of the bread cubes into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with cubed cream cheese, distributing evenly.
Top with rest of bread cubes.
Pour beaten mixture over all.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve with warm maple syrup.
