Mock Filet Mignon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 slices bacon
Preparation
    Combine chuck with salt and pepper.
    Shape into 4 patties. Wrap each with a piece of bacon.
    Secure with toothpick.
    Broil on one side.
    Turn and broil on other side.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 4 servings.
