Shrimp Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked and cleaned shrimp
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. sherry
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and squeezed
Preparation
    Put spinach into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Blend shrimp, soup, sherry, parsley and pepper.
    Spoon over spinach.
    Combine cheese and crumbs.
    Sprinkle over all.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
    Makes 4 servings.
