Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 small onion
1 small green pepper
1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
1 can cream-style corn
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Saute onion and pepper in butter.
Mix other ingredients in a bowl and add butter mixture.
Pur in casserole and top with the cheese and sour cream.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Use at least 1 1/2-quart casserole.
