Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini (leave skins on)
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Beat together eggs, cooking oil and vanilla.
