Okra And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen okra, partially thawed and cut in 1 inch slices
    2 large tomatoes, peeled and sliced (about 2 c.)
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/16 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix okra and tomatoes in a saucepan; add remaining ingredients. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 15 to 20 minutes or until okra is tender. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
