Quadrangle Grille'S Pumpkin-Walnut Cheesecake - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
4 oz. melted butter
1 1/2 lb. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. light brown sugar
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 lb. can pumpkin
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Let cake cool to room temperature.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to allow cake to set.
At service, carefully loosen the collar on the spring-form pan and remove.
