Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix (pudding type)
1 stick margarine, softened
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs

Preparation

Mix cake mix, margarine and 1 egg.
Press in bottom of a jelly roll pan.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 2 eggs.
Pour over first mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
When cool, dust with powdered sugar and cut in squares.
