Sausage-Apple Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bulk sausage
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. minced onions
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. finely chopped apples
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
    Press lightly into a 6-cup ring mold and turn out onto a shallow baking pan.
    (Or just mold it around a bowl.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or bake 30 minutes 1 day and 30 minutes the next.
    Serve with scrambled eggs, grated cheese and paprika in the middle of the ring.
