Easy Garlic Bread(Fettunta) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf Italian bread
    4 oz. butter
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. parsley, minced
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Cut bread in halves lengthwise.
    Place halves on baking sheet with a piece of foil.
    Melt
    butter in small skillet and add garlic and parsley.
    Saute
    for
    1
    to
    2
    minutes.
    Brush bread with butter mixture
    and
    sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place under broiler
    until
    lightly
    golden.
    Watch carefully. To serve, cut diagonally.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
