Hot Turkey Salad(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped turkey, cooked
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. diced onion
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimento
    1 scant Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/3 c. melted butter, mixed with 1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients together and place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch microwave-safe dish.
    Top with crumb mixture and microwave on 70% power 10 to 12 minutes or until casserole is hot and bubbly. Rich and delicious!
