Dried Beef Filling For Rye Boat - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/3 c. mayonnaise
16 oz. sour cream
1 small jar or small pkg. dried beef
2 Tbsp. minced onion

Preparation

Cut up dried beef fine.
Add to other ingredients that have been mixed thoroughly.
Cut top off round loaf of rye bread. Scoop out center and cut into cubes.
Fill the \"boat\" with filling and put cubes around outside to be dipped.
Can also put filling in a dish and use for bread cubes, crackers or chips.
