Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    medium head cabbage
    1 medium onion, diced
    3/4 c. butter
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    salt
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Chop cabbage and boil in salted water until tender but still crisp.
    Wilt onion in melted butter.
    Add pieced cheese to melted butter, stirring.
    Mix in soup and seasonings and continue to heat.
    Place cabbage in casserole and pour sauce over cabbage and mix.
    Sprinkle crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
