Trey'S Favorite Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. peanut oil
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar (or less)
    3 tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tbsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 3/4 lb. pork tenderloin
Preparation
    Blend ingredients in food processor.
    Put in plastic bag and marinate tenderloin overnight.
    Pierce meat with fork before putting in marinade.
    Bake on rack in pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
    Let stand 5-10 minutes before slicing.
