Mrs. Lucy'S Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    4 whole eggs
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all together; beat with mixer about 10 minutes on medium speed.
    Make 4 (9-inch) layers or 3 (10-inch) layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 to 30 minutes.
