Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans black-eyed peas
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can white hominy
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1/4 c. diced pimento
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic to taste
    1 c. diced green pepper
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Wish-Bone Italian dressing
Preparation
    Drain and rinse peas and hominy.
    Combine remaining ingredients; add Italian dressing.
    Mix well and marinate overnight.
    Serves 8.
