Steak(Oven Broiled) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 tender steaks
seasoning salt
garlic salt or powder
black pepper
pinch of cayenne pepper
4 pats butter
Preparation
-
Sprinkle steaks lightly with salts and peppers.
Place in shallow pan.
Put one pat of butter on each steak.
Broil for about 15 minutes on each side.
(Use a tender steak, such as porterhouse, ribeye, t-bone, etc.)
