1/2 to 3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 c. each broccoli florets, sliced carrots and yellow squash
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. dill weed
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt or powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
