Copper Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 green pepper
    1 large onion
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Slice carrots 1/4 inch thick.
    Cut pepper into strips or chop. Also chop onion.
    Cook carrots about 15 minutes in salted water; drain.
    Then add green pepper and onion.
    Mix all other ingredients together and pour over carrots.
    Let stand 2 hours.
