Potato-Cheese Casserole(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed a little
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    10 oz. grated cheese
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 qt. sour cream
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.
    Gently mix all ingredients together and place in bowl.
    Top with one cup of corn flake crumbs, bread crumbs or crushed potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
