Caribbean Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, quartered
    1/2 c. Kikkoman teriyaki sauce
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Place chicken quarters in large plastic bag.
    Combine teriyaki sauce, lemon peel and juice, pepper sauce and cinnamon.
    Pour into bag over chicken.
    Press air out of bag and tie top securely.
    Turn over several times to coat chicken.
    Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight, turning bag over occasionally.
