Multi-Grain Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    2 c. warm milk
    2 pkg. yeast
    3/4 to 1 c. honey
    1 c. multi-grain cereal
    2 c. hot water
    1 c. bran
    6 c. flour
    5 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    7 c. flour
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Soak multi-grain cereal in 2 cups hot water until cooled to warm.
    Mix water, milk, yeast, honey, grain, cereal, bran and 6 cups flour to make sponge.
    Let sit 1 hour.
