Too Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5-6 peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 egg
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
    5 slices white bread
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Place fruit in 8 x 8 baking dish.
    Cut crust from bread and cut slices into five fingers. Place bread fingers over the fruit. In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, egg, and butter.
    Pour over fruit and bread.
    Bake 35-45 minutes until golden brown.
    Serves 5-6.
