Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded sweet potatoes
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. melted margarine
    2 1/2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. vanilla
    salt
Preparation
    Place sweet potatoes in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Combine eggs, margarine, half and half, sugar, vanilla and a dash of salt.
    Pour this mixture over the top of potatoes.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 12 or more.
