Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. water
    4 1/2 c. instant mashed potatoes
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. seasoning salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Boil together water and milk; add potatoes and beaten egg. Stir and add lid; let sit.
    Whip.
    Add sour cream and spices.
    Put in an 11 x 8-inch greased (with butter) dish.
    Add grated cheese. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Note:
    You can use leftover potatoes instead of instant.
