Saucy Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 slightly beaten eggs
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 Tbsp. flour
1 can bite size tomatoes
1/2 c. Heinz 57 sauce
1 Tbsp. sugar
hot buttered noodles
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Shape into 20 meatballs (using a round tablespoon).
Brown well in shortening.
Drain off excess fat.
Sprinkle flour over meatballs.
Stir gently to combined tomatoes, 57 sauce, sugar and salt.
Pour over meatballs.
Simmer uncovered 25 minutes or until sauce is desired consistency.
Serve over hot buttered noodles.
