Broccoli-Chicken-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed
1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked chicken
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in 2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook broccoli.
Put in dish; top with chicken.
In saucepan, melt butter; add flour and salt.
Stir until smooth and bubbly. Stir in bouillon and cook until thick.
Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup cheese and Worcestershire sauce until melted.
Pour this over broccoli and chicken.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
