Veal Scallopine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. veal stew meat
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1 medium onion, thin sliced
1 lb. (2 c.) tomatoes
4 oz. can or 2/3 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
1 Tbsp. snipped parsley or 2 tsp. dried
2 cloves garlic
Italian seasoning to taste
2 to 3 carrots, chunked
1 large green pepper, chunked
Preparation

Mix flour, paprika and salt and pepper together.
Coat meat with mixture.
Brown floured meat and onion in oil.
Add undrained mushrooms and tomatoes.
Add seasonings, garlic, carrots and peppers.
Cook until done (20 to 30 minutes).
Serve over buttered noodles.
