Zucchini Bread With Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Add oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini; mix well.
    Add dry ingredients; mix well.
    Add nuts and pineapple. Bake in 2 large loaf pans, greased and floured, for 1 hour in a 325\u00b0 oven.
