Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 303) can cream-style corn
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 1/2 c. biscuit mix
2 Tbsp. corn meal
Preparation

Mix biscuit mix, salt and corn meal. Add to melted butter and corn. Beat well and drop by spoonfuls in deep fat. When brown, serve with syrup and butter.
