Hummus Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chickpeas, drained and pat dry
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. parsley (on top)
4 garlic cloves
1/3 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Blend together 15 seconds.
Scrape sides; add oil to smooth. Serve with veggies or pita bread.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
