Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 stick butter
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in butter.
Blend in soup and cheese. Put broccoli in colander and run hot water over to break apart. Add this and other ingredients to soup and cheese mixture.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until brown on top.
