Cocoa Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/3 c. boiling water
3/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix all together, as for any muffin, and bake in a greased muffin tin that has been filled about 3/4 full of the batter. Bake at 400\u00b0
for 20 minutes.
