Onion Baked Chicken Strips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Squeeze Parkay
Preparation

Slice each chicken into 3 or 4 strips.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Roll each strip into dry ingredients to coat.
Drizzle a little Squeeze Parkay in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Lay strips in pan.
Sprinkle any remaining mix over chicken.
Drizzle squeeze Parkay lightly over chicken.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
