Green Chili Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (4 oz.) cans whole green chilies, seeded and rinsed
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated (or more if desired; can use Longhorn Cheddar cheese, if desired)
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. mustard (dry or jar)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    In a lightly greased baking dish or pan, spread half of the chilies on the bottom of dish (be sure to split chilies in half). Grate cheese and sprinkle half of cheese over chilies.
    Cover cheese with the rest of the chilies, then cover with the rest of the cheese.
    Mix together the milk, salt, mustard, pepper and eggs. Pour evenly over top of cheese.
    Bake in oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly brown on top at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven and cut into squares.
