Zucchini-Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. grated carrot
    1 c. grated small zucchini, unpeeled
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 large eggs
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Set aside. Combine carrots and next 3 ingredients to dry mixture.
    Beat at high speed on electric mixer 4 minutes.
    Pour into 9-inch greased square pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Check with toothpick. Cool.
