Chicken Breast Scallopini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boned chicken breasts, halved and skinned
2 c. salsa
5 oz. dry vermouth
2 tsp. crushed garlic
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 lb. fried mushrooms
juice of 1 lemon
freshly ground pepper
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except chicken and Parmesan cheese, in a bowl and refrigerate.
Sauce should be made at least 3 hours in advance.
