Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. shortening
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour.
    Add evaporated milk into which white vinegar has been added, this will sour the milk.
    Roll out for pies.
