Hot Chicken - cooking recipe

1 lb. cooked, diced chicken
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. wine sherry
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. white vinegar
1/4 c. peanut oil
1 tsp. hot pepper
1/2 c. cut scallions
