Chocolate Caramel Oat Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. old-fashioned oats
    1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) chilled unsalted butter, cut into pieces
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine first 5 ingredients in processor.
    Add butter and cut in using on/off turns until crumbs begin to stick together.
    Press all but 2 cups crumb mixture into bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle chocolate chips over. Set crust aside.
