Cherie'S Famous Chicken Fricassee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4-6 deboned, skinned chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4-1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1-2 cloves minced garlic
    24 oz. canned tomatoes
    1/2-1 c. chopped onions
    4 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1/2 tsp. thyme (I omit)
    1 bay leaf (I omit)
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil in large pot.
    Remove chicken.
    Add mushrooms, garlic, and onions.
    Saute until mushrooms are slightly brown and onions and garlic are golden.
    Add vegetables, thyme, bay leaf, and bouillon cubes.
    Add chicken back to pot.
    Cover and simmer until carrots are tender.
    In a small bowl, stir flour and water until smooth.
    Add to pot and stir until mixture thickens.
