Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

1 small zucchini
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
4 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 can pizza sauce or 1 can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Peel zucchini and slice thinly.
Put into frypan with oleo. Add garlic salt and Italian seasoning.
Cook until transparent. Then place in a small casserole dish and add sauce and cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
