Hot Milk Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
10 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

In mixing bowl, beat eggs at high speed until thick, about 5 minutes.
Gradually add sugar, beating until mixture is light and fluffy.
Combine flour and baking powder and salt.
Add to batter with vanilla.
Beat at low speed until smooth.
In saucepan, heat milk and margarine just until butter melts, stirring occasionally.
Add to batter, mixing well.
Batter is thin.
Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 or until cake tests done.
Cool on wire rack.
Yields 12 to 16 servings.
