Meat Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3/4 c. Italian style bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, 1/3 cup tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Shape into flat rectangle, about 10 x 14-inch on a piece of wax paper.
    Sprinkle cheese evenly over mixture; roll up like a jelly roll and press ends of roll to seal. Bake in a shallow pan 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Drain excess fat; put remaining sauce over roll.
    Add more shredded cheese.
    Bake 15 minutes more.
