Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix by hand into a large ball.
    Make small balls (about the size of a large marshmallow) and use fork to press down the cookie. Cookies should be about 1/4-inch thick.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 17 to 20 minutes.
    Cookie will be slightly brown on the bottom.
    When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
