Roast Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small baking potatoes
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Peel potatoes and put them into cold water.
    Put 1 potato in a deep spoon.
    Slice it down to the spoon about 1/8-inch apart.
    Return potato to water.
    Repeat with rest of potatoes.
    Drain potatoes and pat dry.
    Put potatoes in baking dish.
    Baste them with melted butter.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Bake 30 to 45 minutes.
    Sprinkle fine bread crumbs over each potato and baste with butter.
    Continue cooking until tender.
    Parmesan cheese may be added 5 minutes before removing.
    Serves 4.
