Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots
1 small bunch celery
1 small onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French fried onions
Preparation

Peel and cut carrots into bite size pieces.
Cut celery into bite size pieces.
Combine celery, carrots and onions and boil until tender.
Drain.
Pour into bowl and mix thoroughly with cream of mushroom soup.
Turn into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with French fried onions.
Bake for 1/2 hour at 300\u00b0.
