Chile Maize(Corn) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
2 Tbsp. strained fried meat grease
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. comino (cumin)
Preparation

Put strained meat grease (bacon, etc.) in heavy skillet and warm. Add the corn and spices. Simmer to thicken corn by about 1/3.
Stir occasionally to prevent forming a crust on the bottom of the pan.
